Olitalia & Friends is a branded narrative format created by Olitalia.
A series of black and white portraits and episodic films exploring identity, craft, and daily practice, blending personal storytelling with action in the kitchen.
Olitalia & Friends
A narrative format built around some of Italy’s leading chefs and pizzaioli.
For this project, I created a series of black and white portraits alongside four films: three individual episodes dedicated to Gino Sorbillo in Naples, Pasquale Torrente in Cetara, and Francesco Martucci in Caserta, plus one general film introducing the format.
The work places people before product — focusing on gestures, concentration, and working environments. Each protagonist is portrayed within their own territory, where personal history and professional discipline intersect. The films follow an episodic structure, blending personal storytelling with action in the kitchen, maintaining a measured and authentic narrative tone.
